Mr Lucian Ion is a renowned and respected Consultant Cosmetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and he offers his clients an unparalleled service. With over 20 years experience in the medical field, Mr Ion is skilled in a variety of cosmetic procedures including facelifts, facial sculpting, rhinoplasty, breast surgery and post-bariatric problems. Mr Ion began his career with a Medical Degree from the University of Bucharest in 1986 and moved to Paris to commence his training in general and plastic surgery, where he worked in several prestigious hospitals. Following this, he moved to the UK to continue his career and was granted Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He worked across numerous London teaching hospitals gaining invaluable experience, and completed a Fellowship at the Wellington Hospital in Aesthetic Surgery. He was appointed Consultant in 2000 at the renowned Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London, where he stayed for 12 years before leaving to dedicate his time to private practice. Mr Ion has numerous published works and is regularly invited as a guest speaker at international seminars to share his expertise with other healthcare professionals. He is heavily involved in research and is currently evaluating the role of 3D imaging in cosmetic surgery. He is committed to providing a first-class service using modern and technological advances.
