Tip Rhinoplasty

"The idea of having my nose corrected made me really conflicted. I thought my friends would take the mickey out of me, and I’d never hear the end of it, and that everybody at work would know what I’d done. That felt really embarrassing. Having said that, I felt embarrassed anyway in some situations, due to my nose. My surgeon suggested I have a session with Amber to help me make a decision about what to do. It was brilliant. I’ve never had therapy before, but it was so helpful to talk about not just my feelings about my nose and my worries about the actual procedure but also my confidence issues, which has had a huge impact on my life. Probably as much as my smaller nose."

"I've just recently had a rhinoplasty procedure carried out by Mr Taghi. I've been unhappy with my nose for as long as I can remember. My nose was long, uneven and bulbous, not a great combination. I've researched into having my nose re shaped on and off over the years, but never felt comfortable with any of the surgeons I met. I first had a consultation with Mr Taghi in April and immediately felt at ease with him. He was exceptionally professional, polite and courteous. He took his time to explain the procedure, what to expect, what could be achieved. I've felt rushed by other surgeons in the past, but Mr Taghi took his time, asked if I had any questions or needed anything explained again or in further detail. It was obvious to me straight away that his knowledge and expertise were absolutely outstanding. Mr Taghi told me not to make any decisions and to take my time to decide if I wanted to go ahead. I knew from this first consultation that I would definitely be going ahead with the procedure and that I had finally found the surgeon I had been looking for. I then went onto having a second consultation, which was just as informative and relaxed as the first. I then booked a date for my procedure. I am absolutely over the moon with my new nose!! Its better than I could ever have imagined. I finally have a neat, straight nose that I am no longer conscious of. Mr Taghi is an exceptional surgeon and one I would confidently recommend. His professional, polite and caring manner is superb. I wasn't even nervous leading up to the procedure and even on the day, I was just excited as I knew I had found a great surgeon. Aftercare has been fantastic as well. I saw Mr Taghi a few days ago to have the cast removed, I have another check up appointment booked for September and was told that If I'm worried about anything or not sure of any aspects of the healing process, to contact him straight away. I could not be happier and I am so glad that I went ahead with Mr Taghi, as I have at last got the nose I always wished I had."

"Amazing! Dr. Ion is an angel. I had a very difficult nose as my tip was dropping and my middle part was very narrow. I was aware that finding a surgeon for tip work is very difficult as it is easier to straighten a bump or hook nose but a tip is all cartilage and the surgeon has to be very technically skilled to do this. It is very hard to find a surgeon to do good tip work. Eventually, I found Dr. Ion through social media and flew 13 hours from the U.S., which was worth it! He did a fantastic job! He reduced my tip and made it look so natural. It doesn't look fake or pinched it looks very natural which I love. My family was shocked at how good my nose looked as i had no swelling or bruising shortly after surgery. Dr. Ion truly is a very gifted surgeon. I had no pain. The entire experience was a breeze. A wonderful surgeon and his team and staff Laura and nurse Rosie were so warm, kind, and sweet."
