Consultant Dermatologist & Mohs Surgeon

Dr. Sanjay Rajpara offers consultations for a wide range of dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, mole checks, hyperhidrosis and cosmetic treatments such as Botox.

Dr. Rajpara qualified in India with a degree in Dermatology & Venereology before undertaking further specialist training in the UK which included general medicine and dermasurgery covering advanced techniques such as Mohs surgery, laser treatments and dermatology. His NHS substantive post is as a Consultant Dermatologist and Mohs (Dermasurgeon) Surgeon based at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

A passionate educator and researcher, Dr. Rajpara has delivered over 50 national and international presentations and invited talks, and has authored more than 20 scientific publications. He has featured on Channel 4’s “Body Shockers” and has served on the faculty of both the British Medical Laser Association and Laser and Aesthetics Europe.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Rajpara is actively involved in postgraduate education. He serves as an external examiner for the MSc in Non-Surgical Facial Aesthetics (NSFA) at the University of Central Lancashire, and is a faculty member for the University of Manchester’s Anti-Ageing Course.

Dr Rajpara has contributed to national guidelines, including the SIGN melanoma guidelines, and has been part of the Scottish Cosmetic Interventions Group – High Quality Care Subgroup (HQC SCIEG), which developed regulations for non-surgical cosmetic treatments in Scotland.
