        Phil Briggs is a Skin Camouflage Practitioner and Professional Make-up Artist with over 21 years’ experience. He is a Committee member of The British Association of Skin Camouflage and is their Over-the-counter Product Information Officer. He is also Skin Camouflage adviser to The Katie Piper Foundation. Phil provides consultations in Skin Camouflage to private clients and as an Expert Witness, whilst also working in the television world as a Make-up Artist. He has provided make-up to a diverse range of people from politicians, pop stars and actors to HRH Prince William.
